A photographic exhibit detailing 50 top chefs’ responses to the “Last Supper” game — where they share their ideal final meal — is being featured in Australia right now, and perhaps not surprisingly, GUINNESS made the list.
Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain said the game was a common way to pass the time in the after-hour back rooms of a restaurant.
Bourdain would drink a perfectly poured Guinness with roast bone marrow and a parsley and caper salad.
My Last Supper is a free exhibition at The Atrium at Crown casino that runs until March 31.
